Common questions

I cannot sign in

Use the email address your event's organizer has for you. If you have no account yet, ask the organizer of the event you are attending — they create the accounts and enrol attendees. If your organization signs in with a Microsoft work account, use the Microsoft button rather than a password.

I signed in but see no events

An account shows an event once its organizer has enrolled you in it. If My events is empty, your enrolment has not been made yet — ask the organizer.

I am not getting notifications

Check that you allowed notifications when the app asked, and that they are enabled for NextAgenda Congress in your phone's Settings. Reminders arrive only for sessions you have starred.

I want to report something someone posted

Every feed post, comment, gallery photo and question has a ⋯ menu with Report and Block. Reports go to the event's administrators. Blocking hides that person's contributions from you.

I want my data, or I want my account deleted

Both are in the app, under Profile → Privacy & my data: Download my data gives you a complete copy, and Delete my account closes it and anonymizes your record. The full breakdown is on the account deletion page.

Questions about my personal data

Each event is run by an organizer, and that organizer is the controller of your data. You will find the event's organizers, with their contact details, under People → Organizers in the app.
